YAMUNA EXPRESSWAY INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY earlier also known as TAJ EXPRESSWAY is constituted by Governement of Uttar Pradesh for Industrial and Urban Developemnt in the region. The idea is based not only to provide fast moving corridor to reduce the travelling time betwen New Delhi & Agra but also to provide proper enviornment and resources in the region to ensure the development of Tourism Industry, Entertainment & Liesure and Knowledge based Industry.
In order to ensure the development of the adjoining area YAMUNA EXPRESSWAY INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY launched a Residential Scheme 2009(I) which offered Residential Plots for Farmer Category & General Category in the format of 300 Sq.Mtr., 500 Sq.Mtr., 1000 Sq.Mtr., 2000 Sq.Mtr. & 4000 Sq.Mtr.
